The Agenda with Steve Paikin: Rowan’s Law and Concussion Safety

For the first time in Ontario, and in Canada, there is a law addressing concussions in sport. Rowan’s Law is named after Rowan Stringer, a high school rugby player who suffered two concussions in a week, and died at the age of 17. Doctors and advocates join The Agenda to discuss new safety protocols, the state of concussion research, and whether awareness and precautions can keep athletes safe.
